I come from a low-income family with five children. My father is a bricklayer. My mom has worked cleaning houses. We were fortunate that my godparents supported my twin sister and me. They not only supported us financially -- with extraordinary expenses in our education -- but also unconditionally with their total trust and love.

I am graduating with a degree in business administration and intend to work in Oaxaca or elsewhere in Mexico.

I entered CEI when I was 8 and I am infinitely grateful for its support, especially its meals program, because many times it satisfied my after-school hunger.
